How it works

Step 1
After registering on the website, you will have access to your personal account. In it, you will create a shipment by providing the following details:

• Recipient’s location
• Weight
• Preferred shipping method
• Recipient’s address
• Recipient’s full name, phone number, and email address
• Contents of the package: name, value, and quantity

Step 2
After creating and saving your shipment in your personal account, you must send the package to our warehouse using any courier company or the nearest post office. Our address, contact person, and phone number will always be available in the package details from Step 1 when you click on the "Preview Package" button. The courier company or post office you choose will issue a waybill.

Important: The waybill number and weight should be entered in the shipment you created in Step 1. You can upload a photo of the waybill from your phone to avoid any disputes later.

You can track the receipt of your package at our warehouse through the website of the courier company or post office you selected.

Step 3
You can make the payment immediately after Step 2 or after receiving a notification in your personal account and at your email address provided during registration.

Once we receive your package at our warehouse, we will perform a final weighing, and, assuming you’ve entered the required information in Step 2 and completed the payment, we will send the package to the recipient’s address from Step 1. Your package will undergo export customs clearance in Germany, and, if there are no issues, it will be delivered to your recipient.
